Picture the daily juggling act during the summer: managing Microsoft Teams meetings, meeting work deadlines, coordinating social activities, attending football training, and fitting in doctor or dentist appointments\u2014all while playing the role of a part-time taxi driver for my kids. AVI-SPL\u2019s flexible workplace model, built on the latest AV\/UC solutions from leading manufacturers, allows me to work remotely or adjust my schedule to handle these unpredictable moments. This flexibility ensures I\u2019m fully present for both my job and my children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the AVI-SPL Ireland office undergoes a design refresh, we\u2019ll be working fully remote for the next few months.
